Thank you for shopping with FAYROA. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Handmade items

• Limited editions

• Custom-made products

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

We do not accept returns if:

• You changed your mind

• You ordered the wrong size (accurate size charts are provided under each product)

If the issue is our fault (wrong size, damaged product, incorrect item), we will fully refund you or send a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Refunds or returns will not be granted if:

• You provided an incorrect or incomplete address

• You failed to receive the package and it was returned to us
  

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Re-check your bank or credit card account

2. Contact your credit card company

3. Then check with your bank

Refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at Contact@fayroa.com with your order number and issue.

Return Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying return shipping.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
